Numbers with no gaps
Every invoice number follows the last, in sequence for your station. A missing number would stand out, so you can see nothing has been removed.
Why you can rely on it
You are trusting your day’s takings to this. Here are the five worries an owner has about that, and the safeguards that answer each one. All of them are built and working today.
01 · Invoices
No. Once an invoice is raised, nobody can edit it, including the owner. A mistake is corrected by voiding the invoice, and the void stays on the record for you to see.
INV-000482
Paid VoidedWP CAD-4521 · Toyota Axio
Can’t edit. This invoice has been raised. To correct it, void it and raise a new one.
Void recorded. INV-000482 stays on file, marked void. Nothing disappears.
Every invoice number follows the last, in sequence for your station. A missing number would stand out, so you can see nothing has been removed.
The server hands out each number, so two people invoicing in the same second can never collide or produce the same invoice twice.
A raised invoice can’t be changed. Correcting one means voiding it, and the void is recorded, so the takings you see are the takings that were billed.
CP KV-7730 · Mitsubishi Montero
LKR 6,500.00
Cash taken beside the car
Provisional
Slip handed to the customer. Saved on this phone.
Official invoice
INV-000484
Issued once. Nothing lost, nothing doubled.
02 · No signal
The sale carries on. Beside the car, with no signal at all, the floor team can raise the bill and take the cash. The customer gets a PROVISIONAL slip, and the official numbered invoice is issued as soon as the phone reconnects.
Not just looking things up. Register the customer, take the job, raise the bill and take payment with no signal, wherever your station allows it.
Everything waits safely on the phone and syncs when signal returns. However many times it has to retry, each sale arrives once and only once.
Checked end to end with the network cable pulled and the phone in airplane mode, because a yard with bad signal is a normal day, not a rare one.
03 · Payroll
No. When you finalise a payroll month it locks. A pay rise is given a start date and only counts from then, so last month’s pay stays exactly what you paid.
Tharindu · base pay
Pay rise from 1 September 2026
Each month’s run records everyone’s base pay and commission, then locks once finalised. A month you have paid can’t quietly change afterwards.
A pay rise counts from the date you give it, so raising someone today can’t silently re-pay a month they have already worked and been paid for.
Commission goes to the person who took the job, never to the cashier who happened to ring it up.

04 · Access & data
Each person sees only what their job needs. A cashier can take payments but can’t open payroll or send a promotion. And your station’s records are kept apart from every other station’s.
Owner, office staff, cashier and floor sales, each seeing only what it should. You add your own staff yourself and choose the right role for each person.
Each station’s data is kept apart from every other station’s by the database itself, not only by the app. No other station can reach your records.
The system stops you removing your own access, and the last owner can’t be removed or demoted, so the station always has someone in charge.
05 · Texts & your SMS bill
Never. Nothing goes out on a timer. A person sends every text after seeing how many will go and what they will cost, and confirms twice. One daily limit, which you set, covers every marketing text.
Who hasn’t been back
12 tickedCheck again: 12 texts, LKR 36.00. Send now?
Sent by you. These 12 leave the list until they come back in.
Kasun pressed send for Nimal Perera at the same moment. Not sent twice.
Nothing is texted on a timer. Before anything goes, you see how many texts and what they will cost in rupees, then confirm twice.
Two staff can’t text the same customer about the same visit, even if they press send together. Someone with two overdue cars gets one text.
All marketing texts share one daily limit, so a big promotion can’t quietly spend the month’s budget. Customers who reply STOP are never texted.
