Invoice and take payment with no internet

Not just looking things up — the actual transaction. Beside the car, in a yard with no signal, your sales person registers the customer, takes the job, raises the bill and takes the cash.

The customer gets a slip marked PROVISIONAL. When the phone finds signal the official numbered invoice is issued, with nothing lost or duplicated however many times it retries.

Know what a wash actually costs in chemicals

It compares what came off the shelf with how many cars were invoiced: “a bottle should do 27 cars; it is doing 18.” It learns your own normal, so it catches a heavy pour, a wrong dilution, waste or quiet pilferage without anyone accusing anyone.
